Did you know that anyone with a disability ages 18-59 in Seattle can pick up a free “FLASH” card?

“FLASH” stands for Fun Leisure Access Savings and Health Card. You can use your card to get discounts at dozens of businesses throughout the city.

There are two ways to get your free card:

  • Apply online using the city’s application form

  • Pick up a card in person at one of our service centers (Seattle, Redmond or Auburn)

People ages 60+ qualify for a “Gold” discount card. Learn about the Gold and FLASH card programs at Age Friendly Seattle.
