Welcome to our new Eastside-based Peer Group, meeting the fourth Tuesday of every month in a hybrid fashion.

This month will be a focus on mental health. You'll have a chance to assess your own wellness, share tools you use to take care of yourself and learn new skills from your peers.

Our Monthly Peer Groups are FREE for people ages 14+ with a disability in King County. This peer group meets in person and virtually (hybrid) in Redmond.
