This quarter’s Interurbanist Peer Group meeting will be a chance to learn about nutrition and healthy eating, even on a budget. We’ll talk about nutrition for age-related disabilities for people and their pets.

Our Interurbanist Peer Group is a FREE program for people ages 50+ with a disability in King County. We typically meet in North Seattle near the Interurban Trail.
